About Rachel

Rachel solves problems and anticipates opportunities long before you know they exist. Don’t look for her in client meetings, though — she’s a valued member of our internal operations team.

Rachel joined WG Content in 2020 as our first ops coordinator, quickly making us wonder where she’d been all our lives. She does a bit of everything, from training and onboarding to tech management and event planning. In 2024, Rachel stepped into the position of learning program manager, a new role that advances our commitment to lifelong learning. She creates, implements and manages various courses and materials to improve employees’ and associates’ hard skills, soft skills and technical know-how. To our collective relief, Rachel still provides ops support to other areas of our growing company.

A Cincinnati native, Rachel started her career in nonprofit management and is working on her master’s of science in health and wellness at the University of Cincinnati. When Rachel isn’t firing off an email or leading an internal training, she is probably signing up for a new yoga class, brewing a pot of tea or tending to her community garden plot.
