Kris Henninger

Editorial Manager

Kris brings over 25 years of writing and editing experience to her role as editorial manager. Before joining WG Content in 2021, she worked for ad agencies and corporate marketing departments, as well as health care organizations including a nationally ranked hospital, Fortune 500 health insurer and leading patient education company.

Kris’ primary role at WG Content is to provide editing and coaching to help writers make their copy the best it can be. She has a knack for putting herself in the audience’s shoes to ensure the content is engaging and easy to understand. Kris also enjoys collaborating with writers, designers and project managers so that each deliverable creates the right impact and inspires action.

Kris has a bachelor’s in psychology and a master’s in education and worked in higher education administration before finding her true calling as a communicator. She is a die-hard Ohio State football fan and loves spending time with her husband, daughter and ill-behaved pug.
